The corridor base rate for your vehicle class is confirmed in writing before a driver is assigned. Driver name, licence number and vehicle plate reach you at least 12 hours before pickup.
Timings are scheduled windows. Compare all corridors on the route and price table.
Fixed price
The corridor base rate for the chosen vehicle class is confirmed in writing before departure. Mandatory fees are listed with amounts, not hidden: see the published surcharge list.
Corridor rates last verified 12 May, 09:00. Base rates cover up to 3 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage; night pickups and extra stops follow the full corridor table. Driver name, licence number and vehicle plate are disclosed at least 12 hours before pickup.

Classes are compared against route timings on the route table, and every mandatory fee is itemised in the published surcharge list. Border requirements are set by border authorities, not by us. We state which crossing we use and supply the paperwork we are responsible for; no class guarantees a specific queue time at a checkpoint.

Step order
Four steps in a fixed order, each one logged by dispatch. The driver's name, licence number and vehicle plate are confirmed at least 12 hours before pickup.
At Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa stations the driver waits in the arrival hall with a name board. Plate and licence arrive by message the day before, then again one hour out.
Dispatch reports current queues at the Krakovets and Shehyni crossings before departure and one hour out. Figures are reported observations, not guarantees. Entry requirements are set by border authorities, so we list documents to consider and give no legal advice.
The pickup window is scheduled around your arrival time and the first 60 minutes of waiting are included. A night arrival between 00:00 and 05:00 is handled the same way as a daytime one.
Send the new arrival time to dispatch and the driver stays on station. Waiting beyond the included window is charged per the published surcharge list.
All mandatory fees and waiting rates are itemised on the surcharge list. Confirm your corridor rate in writing before the driver is assigned via the price request form.
Price note
Your transfer is priced from the fixed corridor rate for the chosen vehicle class, confirmed in writing before departure. The items below sit on top of that rate and are published with exact amounts on the routes page.
Charges set by third parties, such as road tolls and border authority fees, are passed through at cost with the receipt attached to your trip record. Driver details, licence number and vehicle plate are disclosed at least 12 hours before pickup.
